LT-LUB智能渦街流量計原理  在流體中設置三角柱型旋渦發生體,則從旋渦發生體兩側交替地產生有規則的旋渦,這種旋渦稱為卡門旋渦,如右圖所示,旋渦列在旋渦發生體下游非對稱地排列。 設旋渦的發生頻率為f,被測介質平均流速為 ,旋渦發生體迎流面寬度為d,表體通徑為D,即可得到以下關系式:  f=SrU1/d=SrU/md                     (1) 式中  U1--旋渦發生體兩側平均流速,m/s; Sr--斯特勞哈爾數; m--旋渦發生體兩側弓形面積與管道橫截面面積之比   管道內體積流量qv為 qv=πD2U/4=πD2mdf/4Sr                 (2) K=f/qv=[πD2md/4Sr]-1                  (3) 式中 K--流量計的儀表系數,脈沖數/m3(P/m3)。 K除與旋渦發生體、管道的幾何尺寸有關外,還與斯特勞哈爾數有關。斯特勞哈爾數為無量綱參數,它與旋渦發生體形狀及雷諾數有關,圖2所示為圓柱狀旋渦發生體的斯特勞哈爾數與管道雷諾數的關系圖。由圖可見,在ReD=2×104~7×106范圍內,Sr可視為常數,這是儀表正常工作范圍。當測量氣體流量時,VSF的流量計算式為  (4) 圖2 斯特勞哈爾數與雷諾數關系曲線  式中 qVn,qV--分別為標準狀態下(0oC或20oC,101.325kPa)和工況下的體積流量,m3/h;  LT,P--分別為標準狀態下和工況下的絕對壓力,Pa; Tn,T--分別為標準狀態下和工況下的熱力學溫度,K; LT,Z--分別為標準狀態下和工況下氣體壓縮系數。  由上式可見,VSF輸出的脈沖頻率信號不受流體物性和組分變化的影響,即儀表系數在一定雷諾數范圍內僅與旋渦發生體及管道的形狀尺寸等有關。但是作為流量計在物料平衡及能源計量中需檢測質量流量,這時流量計的輸出信號應同時監測體積流量和流體密度,流體物性和組分對流量計量還是有直接影響的。  渦街流量計便是依據卡門旋渦原理進行封閉管道流體流量測量的新型流量計。因其具有良好的介質適應能力,無需溫度壓力補償即可直接測量蒸汽、空氣、氣體、水、液體的工況體積流量,配備溫度、壓力傳感器可測量標況體積流量和質量流量,是節流式流量計的理想替代產品。 為提高渦街流量計的耐高溫及抗振動性能,我公司新近開發出了SDLU改進型渦街流量傳感器,因其獨特的結構和選材使該傳感器可在高溫(350℃)、強振動(≤1g)的惡劣工況下使用。 在實際應用中,往往最大流量遠低于儀表的上限值,隨著負荷的變化,最小流量又往往會低于儀表的下限值,儀表并非工作在它的最佳工作段,為了解決這一問題,通常采用在測量處縮徑提高測量處的流速,并選用較小口徑的儀表以利于儀表的測量,但是這種變徑方式必須在變徑管與儀表間有長度為15D以上的直管段進行整流,使加工、安裝都不方便。我公司研制的縱斷面形狀為圓弧的LGZ變徑整流器,具有整流、提高流速及改變流速分布多重作用,其結構尺寸小,僅為工藝管內徑的1/3,與渦街流量計作成一體,不僅不需要另外附加一段直管段,還可以降低對工藝管直管段的要求,安裝非常方便。  為了使用方便,電池供電的本地顯示型渦街流量計采用微功耗高新技術,采用鋰電池供電可不間斷運行一年以上,節省了電纜和顯示儀表的采購安裝費用,可就地顯示瞬時流量、累積流量等。溫度補償一體型渦街流量計還帶有溫度傳感器,可以直接測量出飽和蒸汽的溫度并計算出壓力,從而顯示飽和蒸汽的質量流量。溫壓補償一體型帶有溫度、壓力傳感器,用于氣體流量測量可直接測量出氣體介質的溫度和壓力,從而顯示氣體的標況體積流量。 ◆測量介質:氣體、液體、蒸氣 ◆口徑規格法蘭卡裝式口徑選擇25,32,50,80,100 ◆法蘭連接式口徑選擇100,150,200 ◆流量測量范圍正常測量流速范圍?雷諾數1.5×104~4×106;氣體5~50m/s;液體0.5~7m/s 正常測量流量范圍液體、氣體流量測量范圍見表2;蒸氣流量范圍見表3 ◆測量精度1.0級? 1.5級 ◆被測介質溫度:常溫–25℃~100℃ ◆高溫–25℃~150℃ -25℃~250℃ ◆輸出信號脈沖電壓輸出信號高電平8~10V 低電平0.7~1.3V ◆脈沖占空比約50%,傳輸距離為100m ◆脈沖電流遠傳信號4~20 mA,傳輸距離為1000m ◆儀表使用環境溫度:-25℃~+55℃ 濕度:5~90% RH50℃ ◆材質不銹鋼, 鋁合金 ◆電源DC24V或鋰電池3.6V ◆防爆等級本安型iaIIbT3-T6 防護等級IP65 智能渦街流量計產品選型

² LUGBS簡介

 LUGB系列管道式渦街流量計是由設計在流場中的旋渦發生體、檢測探頭及相應的電子線路等組成。當流體流經旋渦發生體時,它的兩側就形成了交替變化的兩排旋渦,這種旋渦被稱為卡門渦街。斯特羅哈爾在卡門渦街理論的基礎上又提出了卡門渦街的頻率與流體的流速成正比,并給出了頻率與流速的關系式:         f=St×V/d    式中:f 渦街發生頻率(Hz)

  這些交替變化的旋渦就形成了一系列交替變化的負壓力,該壓力作用在檢測探頭上,便形成了一系列的交變電信號,經前置放大器轉換、整形、放大處理后,輸出與旋渦同步成正比的脈沖頻率信號(或標準信號)。

渦街流量計是根據卡門渦街原理(Kármán Vortex Street)測量氣體、蒸汽或液體的體積流量、標況的體積流量或質量流量的體積流量計。并可作為流量變送器應用于自動化控制系統中。
渦街流量計是應用流體振蕩原理來測量流量的,流體在管道中經過渦街流量變送器時,在三角柱的旋渦發生體后上下交替產生正比于流速的兩列旋渦,旋渦的釋放頻率與流過旋渦發生體的流體平均速度及旋渦發生體特征寬度有關,可用下式表示:

為旋渦的釋放頻率,單位為Hz;v為流過旋渦發生體的流體平均速度,單位為m/s;d為旋渦發生體特征寬度,單位為m;St為斯特勞哈爾數(Strouhal number),無量綱,它的數值范圍為0.14-0.27。

4工作原理編輯
渦街流量計是應用卡門渦街原理和現代電子技術設計而制造的一種流量計,旋渦的發生頻率與
流體的速度成正比,在一定條件下,符合下式:

流體旋渦對三角柱產生交替變化的壓力,由壓電信號傳感器檢測成電信號經前置放大器進行放大,
變成標準電信號輸出。
VA型系列渦街流量計可以對廣泛的氣體(包括蒸汽)和液體進行容積計量,配接流量積算儀和溫度、壓力傳感器可進行質量運算及各種參數顯示。

一、主要特點:

DYLUGB型渦街流量傳感器,廣泛用于各種行業氣體、液體、蒸汽流量的計量,也可測量含有微小顆粒,雜質的混濁液體,并可作為流量變送器用于自動化控制系統中。DYLUGB型渦街流量傳感器防爆型,符合GB3836-83《爆炸性環境用防爆電氣設備》的有關規定,防爆標志為“ia IICT4”,該儀表適用于工廠C級T4組及以下的爆炸性場所。

LUGB智能渦街流量計

 

  LUGB系列智能渦街流量計,主要用于工業管道介質流體的流量測量,如氣體、液體、蒸氣等多種介質。其特點是壓力損失小,量程范圍大,精度高,在測量工況體積流量時幾乎不受流體密度、壓力、溫度、粘度等參數的影響。無可動機械零件,因此性高,維護量小。儀表參數能穩定。本儀表采用壓電應力式傳感器,性高,可在-20℃~+250℃的工作溫度范圍內工作。有模擬標準信號,也有數字脈沖信號輸出,容易與計算機等數字系統配套使用,是一種比較、理想的流量儀表。

 
※原理
 
在流體中設置三角柱型旋渦發生體,則從旋渦發生體兩側交替地產生有規則的旋渦,這種旋渦稱為卡門旋渦,如右圖所示,旋渦列在旋渦發生體下游非對稱地排列。  設旋渦的發生頻率為f,被測介質平均流速為 ,旋渦發生體迎流面寬度為d,表體通徑為D,即可得到以下關系式:
 f=SrU1/d=SrU/md                     (1)式中  U1--旋渦發生體兩側平均流速,m/s;    Sr--斯特勞哈爾數;    m--旋渦發生體兩側弓形面積與管道橫截面面積之比        
 管道內體積流量qv為            qv=πD2U/4=πD2mdf/4Sr                 (2)            K=f/qv=[πD2md/4Sr]-1                  (3)式中 K--流量計的儀表系數,脈沖數/m3(P/m3)。  K除與旋渦發生體、管道的幾何尺寸有關外,還與斯特勞哈爾數有關。斯特勞哈爾數為無量綱參數,它與旋渦發生體形狀及雷諾數有關,圖2所示為圓柱狀旋渦發生體的斯特勞哈爾數與管道雷諾數的關系圖。由圖可見,在ReD=2×104~7×106范圍內,Sr可視為常數,這是儀表正常工作范圍。當測量氣體流量時,VSF的流量計算式為

式中 qVn,qV--分別為標準狀態下(0oC或20oC,101.325kPa)和工況下的體積流量,m3/h;    Pn,P--分別為標準狀態下和工況下的絕對壓力,Pa;   Tn,T--分別為標準狀態下和工況下的熱力學溫度,K;   Zn,Z--分別為標準狀態下和工況下氣體壓縮系數。   由上式可見,VSF輸出的脈沖頻率信號不受流體物性和組分變化的影響,即儀表系數在一定雷諾數范圍內僅與旋渦發生體及管道的形狀尺寸等有關。但是作為流量計在物料平衡及能源計量中需檢測質量流量,這時流量計的輸出信號應同時監測體積流量和流體密度,流體物性和組分對流量計量還是有直接影響的。
  渦街流量計便是依據卡門旋渦原理進行封閉管道流體流量測量的新型流量計。因其具有良好的介質適應能力,無需溫度壓力補償即可直接測量蒸汽、空氣、氣體、水、液體的工況體積流量,配備溫度、壓力傳感器可測量標況體積流量和質量流量,是節流式流量計的理想替代產品。  為提高渦街流量計的耐高溫及抗振動性能,我公司新近開發出了HLUG改進型渦街流量傳感器,因其獨特的結構和選材使該傳感器可在高溫(350℃)、強振動(≤1g)的惡劣工況下使用。  在實際應用中,往往最大流量遠低于儀表的上限值,隨著負荷的變化,最小流量又往往會低于儀表的下限值,儀表并非工作在它的工作段,為了解決這一問題,通常采用在測量處縮徑提高測量處的流速,并選用較小口徑的儀表以利于儀表的測量,但是這種變徑方式必須在變徑管與儀表間有長度為15D以上的直管段進行整流,使加工、安裝都不方便。我公司研制的縱斷面形狀為圓弧的LGZ變徑整流器,具有整流、提高流速及改變流速分布多重作用,其結構尺寸小,僅為工藝管內徑的1/3,與渦街流量計作成一體,不僅不需要另外附加一段直管段,還可以降低對工藝管直管段的要求,安裝非常方便。

  XY-LU渦街流量計的詳細資料:
